Ingredients for making Besan Nariyal Ladoo Recipe
Besan – 1 cup
Rawa/ Suji – ½ Cup
Desiccated Coconut – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee- ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – ¼ tea spoon
The whole process will take approx 20 minutes of time and above mentioned quantity is sufficient to make nearly 20 ladoo.
Basic preparation for making Besan Nariyal Ladoo Recipe
- Grind sugar granules (except 1 ½ table spoon) to make a fine powder.
Method for making Microwave special Besan Nariyal Ladoo
Step 1: Take besan and Suji in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1 minute. Bring it out and stir well. Again place in microwave for 1 minute cooking and bring it out and stir again. Repeat the process for total 5 minutes.
Step 2: Now add ghee and mix well using a spoon, microwave for 1 more minutes.
Add sugar powder and 1 ½ table spoon sugar granules. Mix well using a spoon. The mixture will be very hot now, don’t use fingers directly.
Step 3: Now add desiccated coconut (nariyal ka burada) and mix well. Let it cool a little and the mix using fingers.
Step 4: Now make lemon size round ladoos with the help of fingertips.
Let the ladoos cool completely at room temperature and the store Nariyal Ladoo in air tight containers. The shelf life of these yummy and healthy nariyal Ladoo are nearly a week, but I can bet you it will not last that long.
