Ingredients for making Dry fruit special Vermicelli kheer recipe
Vermicelli – 1 cup
Milk – ½ liter (Full Cream)
Sugar – 3 Table Spoon
Ghee – 1 ½ Table Spoon
Almond – 8
Raisins – 20
Cashew nets – 8
Pistachio – 12
Cardamom powder – ¼ Tea Spoon
*The whole process will take nearly 15- 20 minutes of time. These ingredients for Vermicelli Kheer is sufficient for 3 -4 servings.

- Finely chop all the dry fruits, except raisins.
Method for making Dry fruit special Vermicelli kheer recipe
Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan or kadai. Now add vermicelli/ thick seviya. Sauté sewiya for one minute on simmer gas flame.
Step 2: Now add 3/4th of chopped dry fruits and sauté for 1 more minute.
Step 3: Now add milk and stir well.
Let it cook for 2 minutes and then add raisins and let it cook until milk becomes 1/4th of its initial quantity.
Step 4: Now add sugar and stir well, let it cook for 2 more minutes and then turn the gas off.
Dry fruit special Vermicelli kheer is ready to serve.
