These mango muffins are made of wheat flour, which is a healthy substitute for refined flour.
Ingredients for Wheat flour Mango Muffins Recipe
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Mango – 2 or 1 Cup pulp
Egg – 2
Sugar – ½ Cup
Refined Oil – ½ Cup
Baking powder – 1 Table Spoon
Baking Soda – ½ Table Spoon
Tutti frutti – 1 table Spoon (optional)
Basic preparation of Wheat flour Mango Muffins Recipe
- Wash mangoes and peel the outer layer. Now cut mango into pieces and remove the seed.
- In a blender jar take mango pieces, eggs, oil and granulated sugar and blend for 1 minute on medium speed.
- Now add baking soda, baking powder and again blend for ½ minute.
- Preheat microwave at 170 degree centigrade.
- Grease muffin molds with butter or oil.
Method of Wheat flour Mango Muffins Recipe
Step 1: Bring it out the batter in a large mixing bowl from blender. Now add ½ of wheat flour to the batter and mix in a circular form.
Step 2: Now add the rest of the flour and again mix to form a smooth batter.
Step 3: Now fill the batter (¾ of the muffin molds) in molds with the help of a spoon. Sprinkle some tutti frutti on it.
Step 4: Bake at 170 degree centigrade for 20 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick or knife, if it’s coming out clean that means muffins are ready. Else bake for a little extra time.
Mine first lot was ready after 20 minutes and second took exactly 16 minutes of time.
Bring muffins molds out from oven and let it cool completely, once done release muffins from molds.
