Dry Coconut – 1 medium size
Condensed milk – 70 ml approx
Cashew nuts – 10
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

- Cut coconut in medium size pieces and then grind it to a fine powder.
- Bring out the condensed milk at room temperature.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade.
- Grease a tray with butter or ghee.
Method of making a Eggless Coconut Macaroon recipe
Step 1: In a mixing bowl take finely grated coconut and condensed milk, mix well.
Step 2: Now divide this mixture in equal small lemon size quantity.
Step 3: Now pick a mixture part and make a round ball like shape using your palm and fingers. Pressure little on top from fingers and give a disk like shape. Put a cashew nut on top of it and press slightly. Make the rest of the macaroons same way.
Step 4: Grease a baking tray with butter or ghee. Now place the entire macaroon disk on the try keeping a little distance.
Step 5: Now bake it for 15 minutes or until a light brown color comes to the outer layer.
Bring it out from oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
