Ingredients of Pink Strawberry Cake
Refined Flour – 1 ½ cup
Butter – 1 stick / 200 Gram
Egg – 3 medium sizes
Sugar powder – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 Table Spoon
Baking Soda – ½ Table Spoon
Red Color – few drops (as per color requirement)
Strawberry flavor – ½ Tea Spoon
Whipped cream – ½ cup (optional)
Tutti fruity – green color (for decoration)
Basic preparation of Pink Strawberry Cake
- In a mixing jar take sugar powder and butter (at room temperature) and beat until becoming soft and fluffy.
- Now add eggs and beat again.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade.
- Grease a cake baking pan with butter and sprinkle little refined flour on it.
Method of Perfect Pink Strawberry Cake
Step 1: Sift refined flour, baking powder and baking soda together and add to the butter mixer. Beat until a smooth batter has formed.
Step 2: Now add strawberry essence / flavor and red color and beat again so color spreads evenly.
Step 3: Transfer this batter in the greased baking pan and bake it for 35- 40 minutes. Check in between 35 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center of cake and if it comes out clean that means cake is ready otherwise bake for a few more minutes.
Step 4: Bring out the cake pan carefully from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 15 – 20 minutes.
Step 5: Carefully release cake from pan and let it cool completely. Carefully cut the upper brownish layer of the cake with the help of a knife or thread.
Step 6: In a mixing bowl take whipped cream and icing sugar and mix well. Now spread evenly the cream on the cake and decorate from tutti fruity.
