This recipe is a good option for fasting. Use Sendha Namak / Rock Salt in place of normal Salt.

Ingredients for Green Banana Sabzi Recipe
Green Banana (Kaccha Kela) – 500 Grams
Cumin (Jeera) Powder – ½ Table Spoon
Ghee – 3 Table Spoon
Normal Salt / Rock Salt – according to taste
Basic preparation for Green Banana Sabzi Recipe
- Wash Green Banana and peel it properly.
- Cut Banana in thin slices.
- Boil Banana in 3 cups of water with a bit of Rock Salt for 5 minutes and strain the water. Let it dry for a few minutes.
Method for making Green Banana Sabzi Recipe
Step 1: Heat Ghee in a pan and add boiled Banana. Stir well and let it cook for 5 minutes on simmer gas flame.
Step 2: Now sprinkle Cumin (jeera) Powder and remaining Rock Salt. Stir well and cook until becoming bit crispy.
Turn the gas off. Raw Banana Chips Sabzi is ready to serve. I like to eat it as snacks or with Azwain Paratha.
