How to make Kuttu Ke Ladoo?

Another good thing happens to me today. A regular reader of techhometips (tht) shared me a unique recipe. Before I tell you about the recipe, I want to share you her name. She is Vinita. She lives in Dubai and fond of cooking food. She sends me a special recipe of Kuttu Flour. It is the recipe of Kuttu ke Ladoo.
The sweet which I prefer the most are ladoo. Friends, it is funny, but when it is about sweets, some people have a sweet tooth. They just love to eat sweets anytime, anywhere and in any form. But today, I am talking about the festivals and festival cannot be enjoyed without sweets.
Easy recipe of Kuttu Ke Laddu / Fasting recipe of Kuttu
This is a perfect dish for those people who are on fasting in Navratri. Kuttu Flour (Kuttu Ka Atta) is a main ingredient during fasting. I have made some changes to make recipe easy. Today, I am sharing with you a very delicious and unique recipe of Ladoos. Trust me; you never have a dish like Kuttu Ke Laddu before this. During the festive season or fasting days this recipe provides you a good option.
Before starting to make Laddoo, arrange the basic ingredients. For this recipe you need Buckwheat Flour (Kuttu ka Atta), Ghee, Sugar, Fennel (Sauf) powder, Almond (Badam), Cashew nuts (Kaju) and Melon Seed (Magaj). The quantity of ingredients is perfect for 10 to 12 Laddo.
Now, you can start making Ladoo.
Ingredients for Kuttu ke Ladoo
Buckwheat Flour (Kuttu ka Atta) – 1 bowl
Sugar – as per your taste (granulated)
Fennel (Sauf) powder – 3 Table Spoon
Ghee – 3 Table Spoon
Almond (Badam) – 6
Cashew nuts (Kaju) – 6
Melon Seed (magaj) – 2 Table Spoon
Method of making Kuttu ke ladoo
Step 1: Heat ½ table spoon Ghee in pan (Kadai). Roast slightly all the fry dry fruits. Now replace them in a plate.
Step 2: Now add remaining Ghee in pan and add Buckwheat Flour (Kuttu Aata) and sauté it properly till the time nice aroma start coming. You have to keep stirring continuously on medium gas flame.
Step 3: Time to add fennel and again sauté it for next 4 to 5 minutes.
Now add sugar powder and keep stirring this mixture. Roast it for approx next five minutes and then add the dry fruits which we kept aside.
At this stage this mixture will be ready to make Ladoos.
Step 4: Now time to give shape to this roasted mixture. Take a sufficient amount of mixture in your hand and make Ladoo like shape. You have to do this process while the mixture is warm. Repeat this process for making all the Ladoo. You can make Ladoo of your preferred shape and size.
Keep this at room temperature for 15 minutes. Kuttu ke Ladoo are ready to serve.

Few useful tips
1) You can roll over desiccated coconut to give a different look.
2) You can use granulated sugar in this recipe.
3) Dip Ladoo in Chocolate syrup to give it an interesting touch. Kids will love this twist.
